This large-scale project is centered around a vertical residential complex structured as follows:

Garden level:
– 3 studios (each comprising a living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, storage room, terrace)
– 1 two-bedroom apartment with living room, kitchen, two bathrooms, storage room, and terrace
– 1 technical room
– 1 stairwell
– 1 elevator room

Ground floor:
– 1 residential parking space
– 3 studios
– 1 two-bedroom apartment
– 2 stairwells
– 1 room for elevator
– 1 security booth
– 1 technical room

Floors 1, 2, and 3:
– 3 four-room studios
– 3 three-room studios
– 3 single rooms with shower room
– 1 technical room
– 1 elevator
– 2 stairwells

Rooftop:
– 1 fully equipped gym
– 1 guest toilet
– 1 indoor party room
– 1 panoramic bar

This project was designed to offer optimal comfort to its residents while incorporating a smart approach to space management, verticality, and modern features (elevator, security, recreational areas, parking, etc.).

Challenge

One of the major challenges of the project was to design a perfectly balanced earthworks plan, ensuring that the volume of earth extracted during excavation was equivalent to that required for backfilling, thus avoiding material losses and additional logistics costs and promoting the efficient and sustainable execution of the foundation work.
