The project involved completing the finishing touches and partially reconfiguring the two-bedroom apartments, including:

Challenge

We faced several major challenges, such as ventilation issues in the existing building, requiring work on the air circuits; the reconfiguration of spaces to merge the kitchen and dining room in order to optimize volumes; the complete modernization of sanitary facilities and electrical installations; and the total refurbishment of the waterproofing in the bathrooms to ensure the durability of the entire project, mobilizing a multidisciplinary team specializing in each trade.
