The project concerns a building under construction, structured as follows:

• Six apartments spread over three floors (two apartments per floor)

Each apartment includes:

• A living room with a terrace
• A kitchen opening onto a terrace
• A master bedroom with bathroom, dressing room, and terrace
• A secondary bedroom with a walk-in closet and terrace
• A shared bathroom

The design aims to create modern, bright, and functional living spaces that meet the highest standards of residential comfort.
