Located in the dynamic Bastos district, this project aims to transform a formerly abandoned and dilapidated building into a modern and welcoming lounge restaurant. The space, originally designed as an apartment, will be refurbished to offer customers a unique experience.

Objectives

• Rehabilitate an outdated space into an attractive, functional venue.
• Design various zones to meet customer needs, such as a bar, VIP room and large reception area.
• Integrate modern facilities while optimizing comfort and aesthetics.

Production stages

1. Assessment and Planning Inspection of existing structures and preparation of architectural plans.
2. Site preparation Demolition of unnecessary elements, clean-up and laying of foundations for new installations.
3. Interior design Creation of functional areas, including a bar, dining room, VIP room, modern kitchen and washroom facilities.
4. Landscaping Design of a parking lot, a barbecue area and a reception area for 200 people with an unobstructed view.
5. Finishes and Decoration Application of interior and exterior details to enhance the ambience of the site.
6. Test and Open Checking facilities and preparing to welcome customers.

This project, combining creativity and expertise, will give life to a unique space combining modernity, comfort and conviviality, right in the heart of Bastos.
